Precautions

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ!

DO NOT use more than 6 accounts simultaneously per IP address if you are hard streaming regularly.

What is an IP address? An IP address is a unique address that identifies a device on the internet or a local network. IP stands for "Internet Protocol," In other words: different network connections (wifi/3G/4G/5G) are considered different IPs.

What do you mean by "6 Spotify accounts per IP Address"?

To maximize streaming, you can stream up to 6 Spotify accounts simultaneously per IP address. (Upang i-maximize ang streaming, maaari kang mag-stream ng hanggang 6 na Spotify account nang sabay-sabay sa bawat IP address.)

How? (Paano?)

◈LAPTOP AND PC SET UP:

⇒Open 6 different browsers if you have them( like Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera and/or download the Spotify app)Or⇒Basically 6 tabs of any browsers you have but make sure to login to a different gmail account in each. (see pic)

☑ Login using DIFFERENT Spotify account on each tab/ browser and start streaming simultaneously. (Mag-login gamit ang IBA'T IBANG Spotify account sa bawat tab at simulan ang streaming nang sabay-sabay)

◈ROTATING ACCOUNTS

◈LAPTOP AND PC SET UP:
After 1 focused playlist and “This is SB19” Spotify playlist, switch your accounts.
So if you have 6 accounts, switch all of them with another batch. Repeat the process, stream 1 focused playlist and “This is SB19” Spotify playlist. After this, switch into another batch of accounts.➡In conclusion, you will have 18 accounts in total. 6 for the initial batch, and 12 others for 2 batches. Note that you can stream using a FREE account or a PREMIUM. You may also take advantage of Premium trials in your country or the GAs.⚠️⚠️⚠️Simultaneous use of accounts would depend on your Internet bandwidth capacity. If your PC/internet can’t handle 6 accounts, please continue streaming accounts you can handle.⚠️⚠️⚠️

◈MOBILE SET UPDownload Mobile app and stream. Switch account after 2-3 playlists or rest. If you have extra devices, you may connect up to 6 accounts simultaneously playing.

⚠️⚠️⚠️Simultaneous use of accounts would depend on your Internet bandwidth capacity. If your PC/internet can’t handle 6 accounts, please continue streaming accounts you can handle.⚠️⚠️⚠️

Why six (6) accounts at once?

With regular and recurrent use of optimized playlists, the excessive number of accounts per IP, on a large scale, may be recognized by the platform as fraudulent behavior, and may cause your IP to be blocked. Should this occur, your streaming will continue as normal, without the user noticing that it is not being counted. The precaution for the limit of six (6) accounts per IP comes from the permission that the platform itself seems to grant, given that its Family Plan allows up to 6 users. Although not necessarily all these 6 users use the same IP, the possibility that they might do so is not an impediment for Spotify, as they count the streams of each of these linked accounts in a Family Plan individually and independently.

⚠️DO NOT USE VPN WHEN STREAMING⚠️

MANUAL STREAMING

Manual streaming is when you listen to a song without using playlists. There are two ways to carry out manual streaming.1. Queueing
2. Searching
Let's dive in and go through each one!

Queueing / Adding to Queue

What is a queue? And what is the difference of queue to a playlist?

Queueing is the process of creating a temporary list of songs you want to listen to after the song you are playing. It is similar to a playlist that will play the songs by following a list, but this is a temporary list only. Queueing ensures that the music listening is not bot behavior. The Interaction with the app increases as you are manually putting the songs in the queue.

STEPS USING Mobile app

➊ Open your Spotify app and login to your account. (if you don't have the app yet, download it for free **here )➋ Search for the song or playlist that you would like to start with.➌ Tap the three dots beside the song or playlist, then choose **"Add to Queue"

➍ Repeat the same steps for 2-4 filler songs if you are adding songs (focus song>filler songs>filler songs>repeat). If you are adding playlists, add, 2-3 more playlists to queue.➎ Click the queue icon at the lower corner to check your list. You may still rearrange it through drag and drop. You may also remove tracks as needed.
⭐ TIP: If you are busy or if you will be sleeping, it is highly recommended to queue playlists or songs for an extended period of streaming

STEPS USING Desktop or Web Player

➊ Login to your account
➋ Search for any song or the focus song and play it. The song should be playing while you search for a new song or playlist to add to your queue list.
➌ Hover your cursor over to the searched song or playlist and click the ellipsis icon (three horizontal dots). Click the ‘Add to queue’ option from the drop-down menu.

➍ Click the queue icon at the lower corner to check your list. You may still rearrange it through drag and drop. You may also remove tracks as needed.
⭐ TIP: If you are busy or if you will be sleeping, it is highly recommended to queue playlists for a more extended period of streaming

Searching

⁍manually searching the songs on the search bar. (Focus song and filler songs).⁍manually searching the album name and play the album from start to end.⁍Go to SB19 official Spotify artist profile and play the song from there.

HOW TO CREATE A SPOTIFY FOCUSED PLAYLIST

Focused streaming is when you add a track/song multiple times on a playlist. The purpose is to get the most streams for that song and possibly enter charts and different curated playlists on Spotify. While doing this, remember to add filler songs in between of the focus track.

FILLERS 101 and RECOMMENDATIONS

Q: What are fillers? Why do we need it?Any song that is not the focus song. A "filler" song or fillers are songs that are added to your playlist to avoid a bot-like behavior when streaming. It exudes dynamic and variety in the way you listen to or stream songs. Please see below recommendations regarding your fillers:Heavy focus: Include SB19, Pablo, Felip and Josh (and other solo releases of the members in the future) as your filler songsFiller songs with the following:✓Same musical elements
✓Same genre
✓Same language
✓Same relevance or theme
✓Same artist/s with same genre or listener's taste
While focusing with the fillers above, please remember to still have variety especially with the following:-Listening habit/s (manually search once in a while, add some songs to your library, keep a playlist of different songs, hop into other playlists)-Time of the day (listen within different parts of the day, rest and stream as much as possible within different time of the day or week)- Artists liked and followed (Follow other artist/s and like some of their songs)-Check out and stream other algorithmic playlists once in a while (personalized mixes, song and artist radios, recommendations on your Spotify home, genre and decades PL among others)

**PLAYLIST TEMPLATE **

Q: Do I have to follow everything in this playlist template?A: No, you don't have to! It only serves as a guide on how you can place SB19 songs. In general, you can create a playlist with a focus song and 2-4 filler songs in between.Q: Can I create a playlist without any focus song?A: Yes, you may. It is actually recommended to add songs of SB19 to your personal playlists with other artists and genres. It is suggested to keep the playlist public so it'll add to the artists' playlist reach.Q: Can I create one playlist and stream it over and over again?A: Please do not repeat or play the same playlist over and over again. If you are looking for more playlists to stream, you may check here:Q: Can I use other SB19 songs as fillers? YES!

IMPORTANT NOTES

VARIETY is the key. Make it dynamic and without any pattern. Changing the ways in which you listen to a song will ensure human behaviour and inturn lessen filtering!Members' individual profile on Spotify acts as different artists on Spotify. So adding their releases will make the playlist more dynamic.Remixes / Instrumentals of a song are treated as different tracks so you can add them as filler songs.⁍It is optional to name your playlist using the track or album name, but it would be helpful for other ATIN looking for other playlist when doing Spotify search. (ex: Mapa Senti playlist)⁍Switch from one playlist to another when streaming to avoid robotic behavior. Don't play the same playlist over and over again.⁍You may download 2-3 playlist if using a premium account then stream them offline. Your streams will be counted once online.⁍ Stream editorial and algorithmic playlists, GITZ and Pagsibol in between of focused playlists. Rest after 2-3 playlists or switch account.⁍Streaming songs by queueing them can ensure human behavior and increase your interaction. You may also add 2-3 playlists to your "queue".⁍Use a premium account if possible. Please note that using a premium account does not prevent deletion of bot-like streams. Always stream like a human and interact with your playlist once in a while.Turn off Autoplay when streaming⁍It is also recommended to keep a personal playlist or other playlists without a focus song. You may add SB19 songs in them and you may also keep a genre. This will help with SB19's playlist reach. Example: Personal favorite bop songs, Ballad songs, morning songs etc.⭐ TIP: If you are using a PC, you can stream simultaneously on other streaming platform such as Youtube, Deezer, Apple Music and others

All About Monthly Listeners

Q: What do "Monthly Listeners" on Spotify mean?

A: Monthly listeners are unique users who stream your music at least once in a 28-day window. "Streams" are calculated by how many times people listen to an artist’s song; "Monthly Listeners" are how many people listen to an artist in 28 days. While the most dedicated fans will help increase the number of streams, they won’t impact the number of monthly listeners much more than an occasional listener. In concrete words, as soon as someone listens to an artist, it adds to the Monthly Listeners tally, but then no matter how many songs the user streams, it won’t impact anymore the ML statistic.

Q: Why 28- day- period?

A: Spotify uses a rolling window of 28 days because the number of days in a calendar month can vary, and because people listen to music differently depending on the day of the week. This means an equal number of days of the week are included—so, the same number of Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, etc.

Q: Why is it increasing or decreasing?

A: As discussed above, it is within a 28 day window and rolling as the days go by. This index is most likely not linear. It's very possible the monthly listener count dropped if not enough unique accounts were listening within that month or vice versa. Even if the same listeners tune in every day, they are only counted one time for the month. There would need to be new listeners discovering or previous listeners (that fell outside the 28 day window) rediscovering the artist in order for this number to climb again. Streams are cumulative: they gradually increase with each play, while monthly listeners can vary from month to month and day to day.

Q: What are the factors that may affect this count?

A:
Heavily impacted by playlists
There are thousands of editorial playlists. You can tell it’s one of Spotify's playlists by the Spotify logo in the top-left corner. Being part of multiple big and editorial playlists, helps tremendously. For example, when SB19's Mapa was added to Hot Hits Phillipines playlist with more than 4.5M followers at that time, their Monthly Listeners peaked at 1.8M. Unfortunately, many of them may not heard it within the last 28 days, and caused the drop of Monthly Listeners as the track is already out of this playlist. The same scenario happened in WYAT added in Tatak Pinoy playlist with 1.6M followers or audience. Note that the placement matters too as the higher the placement (top song in the playlist), most likely, more listeners will be reached.
Collaborations
Due to reachable audience of other artists, chances are, the collaborations with multiple artists will also cause a rising trend in the stats of Monthly Listeners. This is because, if you are credited as an artist or featured artist of a track, they will be added to your data as well.
Presence
Social media is one of the best way to be in touch with fans and other musicians that are in the same place. Moreover, physical events such as guestings, radio tours, concerts may also take into place. All of these are meant to draw unique listeners with an intent to listen to the artist. Also, constant updates to maintain your presence can lead to unique listeners or even followers to the music or artist.
Advertisements/ Promotions/ Newsletters
Campaigns to reach new listeners from a targeted audience will help boost the ML data. It can be using music platforms advertisements or social media platforms to drive more engagement and new audience.
Releases and Genre Marketability
For growing artist such as SB19, new releases is also a factor for boosting new listeners. Note that path is different for every artist, but note that some unique listeners might fall out of the 28-day window if they have only listened to the latest release. Note that each genre has a different marketability. As a listener, they are exploring music within the platform and would listen to what resonates with them. It may or may cause a boost or decrease in your data.

Monthly Listener is not just about having more numbers on the artist profile: it’s about understanding the audience and the artist. It will determine how the music is performing for the last month, how many new listeners discovered the artist and how many engaged listeners are, among others.

Q: So given all of these, what can we do as fans to increase the number of Monthly Listeners?

A: Anything that can reach more and more people. Other factors above are not within our control, thus what we can do (apart from streaming their music) is to help their audience grow. Includes but not limited to the following: Streaming regularly and habitually (make sure that an account does not fall outside the 28 day window), streaming up to 6 accounts at once, Radio requests, streaming genre like artists for algorithm and recommendations so it can reach more listeners, help maintain or boost their social media presence, help gain new followers or listeners of their music, and many more. Basically, all things that can help them get a wider reach.

All About Spotify Charts

Q: What is Spotify Charts all about?

As one of the leading music platform in the world, Spotify Charts is a destination for artists and fans to go deep on all the data and see what music is moving listeners around the world. It’s almost the same idea as the music chart around the world such as Billboard Charts (includes streaming, airplay, and sales) , but the way Spotify ranks their own charts is solely based on traction on Spotify platform.

Q: What are the available Charts on Spotify?

A: https://charts.spotify.com/charts/overview/phGlobal & Country Charts

Q: How do Viral Spotify Charts work?

A: Spotify Viral Charts capture the songs gaining the most buzz on Spotify.Chart placement’s based on a few factors:⁍If a song’s recently risen in plays
⁍How often people share the song
⁍How many people recently discovered the song

Q: How do Spotify Global and Country Top 200 Charts work?

A: The Top Charts is the daily or weekly list of the most played tracks or artist based on the timeframe (weekly or daily) on a specific region.According to Spotify : We generate chart stream numbers using a formula that protects the integrity of our charts, and makes sure all voices of our users are reflected. This formula means not every stream on Spotify is eligible for Charts. Some songs may have fewer chart-eligible streams than others, depending on streaming behavior. So the stream count you see in charts might look different to the app and Spotify for Artists.

Q: How do Spotify City Charts work?

A: City charts are ranked by streaming popularity in a particular city.
Local Pulse shows songs uniquely popular in that particular city, relative to their overall popularity.

Q: What is a Spotify Chart day ?

A: Spotify uses UTC Timezone to measure days. A chart day is 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM UTC. Converted to Philippine time, it is from 8:00 AM PHT to 7:59 AM PHT. That means if a track is released at 12 midnight PH time, only the first 8 hrs will be reflected for its first record.

Q: When do charts update?

A: Daily charts usually get published at 12 PM EST / 12 AM PHT (usually late) the day after the chart period. You can see weekly charts after the charting week ends globally. A charting week begins Friday and ends the following Thursday.

⚠️UPDATES ONGOING. SOME INFO MIGHT BE INCOMPLETE ⚠️

Q: What is a Spotify Tracker ?

These trackers are tools that allows a listener to look back on their listening history on Spotify. It collects and records your stats, keeping track of which tracks you listen to, top artists or songs and more.

Q: Are these accurate?

These trackers are not directly affiliated with Spotify AB and its partners and intends to provide insights on the listeners listening habits, history and preference. They do not claim that the data will provide a valid stream in the platform. Note as well that The Spotify API gives the trackers/ app access to just your last 50 streams (including offline ones) which the trackers display. So if you stream more than 50 tracks offline the oldest streams might fall off. Also, streams during a "Private Session" on Spotify won't be reflected at the time it is enabled.

Q: How do they help?

These trackers will help quantify , identify and analyze a user or a fan's listening activity. Also, some apps do have listening parties and in return create a community of fans supporting the artist.

Q: Can I see this on Spotify itself?
